Development-first coaching

Every rep should have a purpose. Players need coaching that helps them understand what to improve and how to work.

02

Competitive standards

We want players who are ready to compete, learn, be coached, and bring the right effort to practices and games.

03

Parent clarity

Families should know what the process looks like, what the expectations are, and how their player may fit.

Is Road Runners the Right Fit for Your Player?

Road Runners serves players and families in the Central Valley of California, with practices and evaluations based around Manteca/Lathrop/Ripon. Current evaluations are open for 8U-18U players interested in teams, training, tryouts, or a structured player evaluation.

The best fit is a player who wants to improve and a family ready for consistent communication, expectations, and commitment.

Coachable and competitive

Road Runners is looking for players who listen, respond to feedback, and bring competitive effort to baseball work.

Committed to development

Players should be ready to build habits, handle instruction, and work through a structured development environment.

Good teammates

Effort, attitude, accountability, and team-first behavior matter as much as talent.

Selective by design

Road Runners May Not Be for Every Player

Road Runners is not the right fit for families looking for a casual drop-in environment, players who do not want to be coached, or families not ready for consistent communication, expectations, and commitment.

We are looking for players who want to improve, compete, and be part of a team-first culture.
